How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in one to three business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes five to twelve business days depending on location. International orders may take slightly longer due to customs.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free global shipping and provide full tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return my jewelry?
Yes. We offer a thirty–day retur

n or exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned with original packaging. Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What items are excluded?
Custom and personalized designs are final sale unless defective on arrival.

Is there a warranty?
All MoissaFrost pieces include a one–year craftsmanship and plating warranty covering manufacturing issues, stone setting faults, or clasp defects not caused by accidental damage.

Quality & Materials

Are your materials genuine?
MoissaFrost pieces are made using high–quality metals such as 925 sterling silver and premium plated brass, set with VVS moissanite or AAA+ CZ stones depending on the item.

Do moissanite pieces pass diamond testers?
Most VVS moissanite stones test positive on standard diamond testers.

Care & Longevity

How do I care for my jewelry?
Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or heavy activities. Avoid chemicals and lotions. Clean gently with warm water and a polishing cloth.

Will plating fade?
With proper care, pieces maintain

 their shine long term. Like all jewelry, exposure to sweat, water, and abrasives can affect finish over time.

How do I choose my size?
For bracelets, measure your wrist and add half an inch for comfort. For necklaces, 18–24 inches is standard depending on desired fit and layering style.
